The group members play pre-prepared hands in a friendly and supportive environment.

There is no need to come with a partner as most of the group swap their playing partner from week to week.

Sometimes there is a theme to the hands which may be linked to questions raised by members.

Occasionally there is a short teaching session aimed at improving skills or addressing common problem areas. Everyone is encouraged to briefly discuss each hand after it has been played with a view to improving bidding and play.

On the first Tuesday of each month there will be a competitive Duplicate session with movement, but some non-competitive hands will be available for those who don’t wish to compete in the Duplicate session.
