Talks are usually given by members of the group who are experts in their subject and last for approx. two hours.

Topics are chosen/requested by group members. These have included subjects as diverse as gravitational waves and lenses & prisms. The group comprises of people with no scientific background as well as physicists, chemists, biologists and engineers, so whatever questions are asked, somebody usually knows the answer.
